The last quarter of the year is the perfect time for summaries, conclusions and plans for the coming months. Our Cargo Road team held an all-day internal workshop for this purpose.
During the meeting, the results achieved in 2024 were presented, the most important activities of individual units were discussed and the focus was on the possibilities of strengthening internal cooperation between the operational, sales and purchasing sections. The conclusions and decisions drawn are to improve the effectiveness of communication and thus increase 3PL sales.
After the theoretical part, a practical training was also held. Participants were divided into groups in which they had to face specific problems encountered in international transport. The jointly developed models of action will certainly improve the future work of the team.
