It was a great Christmas Party.
Last Friday, December 20th, a corporate Christmas Eve was held at the headquarters of Adampol S. A. in Zaścianki. As every year, this day was full of entertainment and great experiences. All the employees gathered in the hall, Board Members and Supervisory Board greeted them with a beautiful speech. Warm words of blessing and greeting were also spoken by invited persons of the clergy and a beautiful children’s duo which magically sang carols.
A special part of the event was the awarding of employees of our company. This year, employees with 20 years of experience in our company were awarded, as well as drivers who were distinguished by the most environmentally friendly driving style. Our greatest joy was the giving of the IRU award to our drivers. Taking the IRU award means that the driver performs his profession for at least 20 years regularly and continuously, works in the same transport company for at least 5 years, has performed as a professional driver at least 1,000,000 km in national or international traffic, in the last 20 years, through his own fault has not caused a serious accident and in the last 5 years has not committed a serious violation of traffic rules, customs or administrative. This year for the first time was awarded another unique award: for Patriotism.
We are pleased and proud that Adampol has been and still remains a dream job for these people. We hope that in the coming years we will have the opportunity of rewarding fantastic people in these categories.
Immediately after the official part, we all made warm wishes to each other and tasted delicious dishes, which were provided by the restaurant Pięć Dębów.
