Our Cargo Road team underwent intensive training on the most important issues in the TSL industry. It was led by Mariola Glinka, an experienced manager and expert in managing road forwarding teams.
During the training, the most attention was paid to the following issues:
• legal basis in transport and forwarding
• modern tools used in the TSL industry
• minimizing risk in the daily work of a forwarder
The assumption of the training was to focus on practice and specific situations that a forwarder has to face in his work. The knowledge and new skills acquired will allow for effective optimization of activities and even better focus on the needs of customers.
The Cargo Road Adampol S.A. team is constantly growing. The dynamic situation in the industry and the desire to develop require constant training and systematization of the knowledge held. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of our trainer, this was achieved successfully.
