Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in project ownership.
- University degree in Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the TSL market, especially in rail forwarding.
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in client negotiations and team management.
- English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
Nice to have:
- Demonstrable record of previous sales successes.
- Certifications in Logistics or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSCP).
Responsibilities
- Developing a deep understanding of the TSL market, trends, and opportunities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.
- Achieving sales for rail transport.
- Designing and implementing sales strategies and pricing plans.
- Being part of the development of the railway siding in Małaszewicze.
