Transparent communication and cooperation are the main topics of our success. On Thursday, February 13, this year at our HQ took place the first Town Hall Meeting – an official meeting of the Management Board of Adampol S.A. with employees. This event was an excellent opportunity for an open dialogue and discussion of key issues.
The agenda of the meeting included:
• summary of the past year – conclusions, successes, challenges
• plans for the future – development directions, priorities, new goals
• the most important current matters – what’s ahead and what we are focusing on
Each meeting in such a wide group allows us to look at the company from many perspectives, get to know each other better and jointly set directions for development. After inspiring conversations and presentations, we have one conclusion: together we have the strength to reach for further successes.
