Threats causing accidents at work and occupational diseases, prevention and methods of preventing these phenomena, and consequences for employees and employers (personal, social and economic) – this was the title of the full-day training held in our company. During the event, participants had the opportunity to learn the procedures to be followed if a dangerous accident occurs on the company’s premises.
They learned, among others:
-what to do when a co-worker injures himself at work?
– How to react when someone next to you chokes on food?
-what is the chest resuscitation procedure for adults and children?
At the beginning, the course participants listened to the theoretical part. After its completion, they had the opportunity to practice all life-saving procedures on phantoms. Everything took place under the watchful eye of qualified leaders – a paramedic and a firefighter.
